The next GCSDA delegate meeting is scheduled on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at 10:00am. There will be a board meeting prior to the delegate meeting at 9:30am. If you are an officer, please plan to attend. THESE MEETINGS WILL BE VIA THE "ZOOM" APP. From your email that you received, just click "Join Zoom meeting" to join us. There is a Meeting ID and password if you need it to connect. Email meeting notifications are sent out to club delegates, alternates, GCSDA board members & member club officers, if requested.
Please note: We also inviting any Arizona resident square dance callers or round dance cuers that may be interested in sitting in on our meetings to send an email requesting to join us.
In preparation for this meeting you may need a computer with camera, mic and internet access. You can also use your IPhone or Android phone to join in.

PLEASE JOIN YOUR GCSDA EXECUTIVE BOARD AT OUR MEMBER CLUBS VISITATIONS. HOPEFULLY WE CAN VISIT A CLUB EACH MONTH AND ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE ABOUT OUR PURPOSE AND GOALS. HOWEVER WE NEED YOUR INPUT AND SUPPORT.

THESE VISITATION ARE TO HELP PROMOTE AND SUPPORT OUR MEMBER CLUBS, AND TO ENCOURAGE THE CLUBS ON HOW WE CAN BETTER SERVE THEIR NEEDS.

These dances are open to all square dancers not just the GCSDA BOARD. Please won't you join us and consider making an extra effort by supporting our local clubs that are wanting to dance during these trying times.
